We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a request.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
  3. Only items with manufacturing defects or specific, verifiable issues are eligible for return.

Acceptable Damages for Returns

BeamIt Game Projector

  • Faulty USB ports or non-responsive controllers.
  • Display issues such as failure to power on or distorted image output.
  • Speaker not producing sound or producing distorted sound.
  • Internal hardware malfunctions (e.g., failure to connect to HDMI).

BeamIt Smart Projector

  • Device does not power on or project images.
  • Blurry, off-color, or flickering projection (not caused by user mishandling).
  • Broken internal keystone correction functionality.
  • Connectivity failures (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth).

BeamIt Pocket Ultra & BeamIt X6 Pocket Pro

  • Non-functional buttons or unresponsive controls.
  • Screen display issues (e.g., dead pixels or failure to power on).
  • Audio output failure or distorted sound.
  • Failure to boot or load games.
  • Non-functional buttons, joystick drift, or other input issues.

BeamIt X2 Emulator USB

  • USB stick not recognized by devices.
  • Game data corruption or inability to load supported games.
  • Controllers not pairing or failing to function.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or stains caused by improper handling.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear, including reduced battery performance over time.

Note: Items are only eligible for return if damages match the specific acceptable issues listed above.
